Here's how to enter grades at end of term

 

  1. Click the play button
  2. Select the term you are reporting
  3. Select the section / class for grade entry
  4. For the first set of scores - left click on Enter Grade
  5. Enter grades for that category and weight and SAVE
  6. Repeat for other categories and weights
  7. Mind the GAP - When all grades are entered Initiate Grade Approval Process
  8. Check that final scores calculate correctly
  9. Select ALL grades you wish to report
  10. Free Time


 

Log on to the portal and if you see this,

Click the play button

 

 

Select the term you are reporting

 

 

Select the section / class for grade entry

 

 

For the first set of scores - left click on Enter Grade

 

 

Enter grades for that category and weight and SAVE

 

Repeat for other categories and weights

 

 

Mind the GAP - When all grades are entered Initiate Grade Approval Process
